So your going to build a new home, congratulations!  The architect has planed the building, the contractor is getting all the parts, the land is cleared, all the little details have been though; but after the building inspector leaves the site. 
 

Our service will inspect the house 4 times during construction looking for defects that could be problems in the future.   We inspect after each of the major mile stones;  foundation, framing/roofing, electrical/plumbing and a final inspection at completion.  We can provide the warranty inspection at a discount if it is purchased at the time of construction.
