Since founding the company in 1995, Stephen has completed more than 20,000 inspections across the Greater Tampa Bay area, earning a reputation for accuracy, integrity, and thorough evaluations.
Known for his attention to detail and deep understanding of residential and commercial properties, Stephen is committed to helping clients make confident, informed decisions.
